A well defined project management methodology
We annually realise an average of 100 new projects on 80 factory sites. We defined a methodology of project management and support of the implementation of PHARMACIM® software that is used on the whole of our productions to guarantee the efficiency and the expected deadlines.

A distinctive approach
Our working methodology is adapted to the dimension of the projects we are in charge of. With "multi sites" or "multi lines" projects, we offer a well-tried method based on the development of PHARMACIM® inside a pilot plant before a geographic and functional deployment.


A modular project team
Our integrating teams are composed of functional advisors, trainers, technical experts, hotlines… PHARMACIM® is often connected to field equipments and integrated in the global enterprise management system (ERP).
That is why our execution teams can count on COURBON advisors and experts in the following fields according to your needs :
- automation / supervisor / BATCH tools (S88 norm),
- instrumentation, industrial electricity,
- systems, networks and databases.

Follow-up and support throughout the project
Our teams support you from the definition of the project, during its introduction and launching until the assistance. They also help you through validation and qualification of your project. The key to the success of the projects carried out is our ability to support you on the long view.
